Now at first any user will think that the IRS is trying to tell them something is wrong. This however is a scam email it is designed to trick the user into going to that site, downloading a file and running an executable that can and will damage your computer. A up to date antivirus such as AVAST AntiVirus or BitDefender. Keep an eye out for out for rouge emails and remember if you are unsure of its authenticity contact the sender.
