  • Senior Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze complex IT business needs presented and recommend technical solutions; solve basic and complex IT malfunctions and performs troubleshooting
    • Coordinate local area computer network activities, including back-up tapes, establishing, installing, specifying system requirements, and maintaining network users, user environment, directories and security
    • Develop skills and knowledge to stay current with upcoming technology
    • Perform analysis of network needs and contribute to design of network architecture, integration and installation
    • Maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals; implement WAN connectivity to meet requirements
    • Understand and ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance
    • Assists with establishing controls for systems access and security
    • Conducts user training on an as-needed basis for clients and staff
    • Hardware and software setup and other miscellaneous in-house setups

    Minimum Requirements

    • 3+ years of hands on network and computer troubleshooting experience
    • Strong project management skills. Demonstrates ability to manage complex projects and tasks
    • Microsoft Network Systems Engineer and Cisco Certification highly desired
    • VMware Certification highly desired
    • Citrix certification highly desired
    • Experience/Training with LAN/WAN design, maintenance and support; firewalls, backup, MS Office and Antivirus
    • Available to work after hours, weekends, or whenever necessary

  • Network Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer innovative approaches and ideas for testing our products (web, mobile, services)
    • Understand the inner workings of our system in order to produce in-depth testing
    • Conduct functional and manual testing of new features, bug fixes, existing functionality, and usability
    • Assist in the replication and follow-up of issues reported from customers and end-users
    • Diagnose, report, track and resolve quality issues timely and efficiently
    • Assist with deployments/production support
    • Take ownership of the QA servers/environment including testing Database scripts and test data
    • Work in a fast-paced agile environment, able to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and expectations
    • Analyze the performance test results and compile a summary report



    Minimum Requirements

    • 3+ years in unit/functional/behavioral testing on Windows
    • Experience with virtualization technologies (we use: Citrix, Hyper-V, VM)
    • Experience monitoring network, memory, disc, and processor
    • Experience with Java Script, CSS, HTML, HTTP, session cookies and web frameworks like JQuery
    • Proficient in testing web applications across various browsers and in conjunction with various browser diagnostic tools

  • Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage (plan, monitor, and control) multiple projects across the IT Engineering Group; with a focus on milestones/deadlines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relationships
    • Define project scope and objectives. Must have a strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and application of industry standard project methodologies in the area of software engineering and integration projects
    • Manages cross-functional strategic projects (3-4 major projects + smaller projects) of high complexity and visibility within the organization.
    • Strong status reporting and management of expectations
    • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
    • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solution of problems



    Minimum Requirements
